Eligibility for Returns
1. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. The return request must include proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
1. Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.
2. Customized or personalized products.
Refund Process
1. Refunds will be initiated after the product has been inspected.
2. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
