Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within India only. Serviceability is checked by pincode at checkout.

Dispatch time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). During sales, festivals or unforeseen events, dispatch may take longer.

Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Remote pincodes may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates from our courier partners and are not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay and are non-refundable. Free shipping applies on selected products and promotions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible pincodes and orders, at our discretion. COD orders may be confirmed by phone or message before dispatch, and orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled. If a COD order is refused or not accepted at delivery, COD will be disabled for that customer, and future orders must be prepaid.

Delivery responsibility

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. Once the courier marks the order as delivered to the given address, our responsibility for delivery ends. Please check the outer package at delivery and do not accept it if it is visibly tampered with or damaged.

Failed delivery

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal at delivery, the order may be cancelled. For prepaid orders, the refund will exclude both forward and return shipping charges. Re-shipping, if requested, will be charged.
