The website may not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

Product information

We try to describe products accurately, but images are for illustration and minor variations in colour, design or packaging may occur. Specifications may change without notice. Please read the full product page before ordering.

Orders, pricing and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to our acceptance and stock availability.
Prices are in Indian rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and may change at any time.
We may cancel any order, before or after confirmation, in cases of pricing or listing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud or misuse, unconfirmed COD orders, or quantities beyond reasonable personal use. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Customers who refuse COD orders may have COD disabled for future orders.
Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

Offers and discount codes

Offers and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, are limited to one use per customer unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. We may cancel orders that misuse offers.

Returns and replacements

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos and logos, belongs to NEWDRU and is protected by law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEWDRU is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that product. Products must be used as per their instructions; we are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse.

We may update these terms and our policies at any time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services, or refuse orders, without notice if these terms are violated.
