I've started the back and face sessions and have completed four. I'm waiting to see the results (I have tension in my back and face, like someone who's 64). The device seems sturdy and is very lightweight. The instruction manual isn't very professional and doesn't explain the L1, L2, L3, and L4 levels. Setting the correct distance isn't easy (25 cm for the face, 15 cm for the back); I use a tape measure and the width of my hand. It's easy to program, and the lamps are well-made. To be continued! Be wary of the photos on the website, which show the lamps at an ineffective distance and people without protective eyewear. Furthermore, the irradiance is not mentioned, which is the primary characteristic of such lamps.

I had heard a lot about red light therapy, so I wanted to try it. I bought this, and I can see the difference in my skin as well as there is a pain relief in my body too. It’s quite effective easy to use although expensive, but it’s valley for money.
