Why we made this
Honestly, we made this music boxing machine because most boxing setups don't fit Indian homes. A heavy bag needs a ceiling hook, real space, and it makes a lot of noise. Your downstairs neighbour will not be happy.
So we wanted something different. Something you mount once on the wall, switch on, and use even in a 1BHK. We added music because let's be real — working out alone gets boring fast. The moment your own playlist is playing and the lights are reacting to your punches, you stop counting minutes. You just keep going.
We tested it ourselves over daily use for 8 weeks before launching. This is the version we were finally happy with.
Who is this for
It works for almost everyone in the house, actually.
Kids love it because it feels like a game the lights, the beats, the punching. It keeps them off the screen for a while, which is a win.
Adults love it because in 10–15 minutes you get a real sweat. Beginners can start slow and build up.
And if you live in a flat where a heavy bag is just not possible, this is the answer.
One honest note: it's quieter than a heavy bag, but it's not silent. You'll hear soft thuds when you hit. Mount it on a solid wall and you'll be fine in an apartment.
How to get the best out of it
A few simple things that helped us:
- Warm up first with light taps and some shadow movement.
- Start with 30–60 second rounds, then rest, then repeat.
- Keep your form clean — elbows in, wrists straight, core tight.
- Always use the gloves for harder sessions to protect your hands and wrists.
- Match your punches to the beat. Let the music set your speed.
- Mix it up — jabs, crosses, hooks, little footwork shuffles.
Do this 4–5 times a week and you'll feel the difference in your stamina and reflexes pretty quickly.
